New Appointment for Lumia
All proud owners of the new Nokia Lumia 800 will be given a customer service experience like no other. Nokia's "Lumia Concierge Service", a highly-trained group of support professionals will provide unparalleled, one-on-one and on-site support to all new customers during the first month of ownership. The "Lumia Concierge Service" will be available on-call to serve 7 days a week between 10am to 8pm from December 10, 2011 to February 25, 2012. They will provide support for the following:
- On-Site Product Enquiry Support & Troubleshooting
- On-Site Software Upgrades
- Concierge Service - collection and delivery for device repair
- Assistance for Data Backup and Restoration
